Fresh Three Cornered Leek
Three-Cornered Leek is a delicate wild plant known for its triangular leaves and subtle garlic aroma. Sustainably grown and harvested in Ancient Woodlands in North East Scotland. It blooms, small, star-like white flowers in early spring. All parts of the plant—the roots, leaves, and flowers—are edible, offering a mild garlic flavour and a nutritional boost with vitamins A and C, antioxidants, and trace minerals.
Can also be used to make Hummus, Pesto and Bread. Some have made Three Cornered Leek and Cheese Sourdough Bread (four image) or just Three Cornered Leek bread (third image).
While generally safe, some individuals may experience mild digestive discomfort, so it’s best enjoyed in moderation. Perfect for adding wild charm to your garden or your plate.
